Return Policy

All Return requests must be authorized by seller within 14 days of receipt of item. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In order to process a return, the customer MUST notify us BEFORE shipping the product back, or there may be additional fees, as we sometimes ship from other manufacturers and in those cases, the return should be delivered there instead of our warehouse for processing. Returns MUST be made in exactly the same condition the unit was sold in, or the return will not be processed. If the item was used or opened, we will NOT be able to accept the return.
